This is a woman asking that she would like a word of guidance to those women who preach (da'wah).
So they can guide their sisters in Islam of what is recommended for a woman in term of preaching/calling to Allah.
Yes. A women must fear Allah the exalted.
And she must learn before she preaches.
She should learn before she preaches.
Because if a person preaches without knowledge
maybe he'll prohibits the permitted.
Or permits the prohibited.
Or thinks that the haqq (truth) is invalid.
And the invalid is the truth due to his ignorance.
It is the duty of both men and women to learn before they call to Allah (da'wah).
Allah ta'alah said; Say, "This is my way; I invite to Allah with insight, I and those who follow me".
'With insight' means with knowledge.
And Allah ta'alah said;
"Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best."
Who is able to call to Allah with wisdom?
And argue with them in a way that is best?
And good instruction? Other than the people of knowledge?!
That is why its an obligation for a male and female callers (to Allah) to learn first.
So if the person receives the knowledge which prepares him to call to Allah.
then he can call to Allah in a way that Allah has prescribed.
